I drew this fellow on a bus while crossing Jerusalem. I don’t know if he was praying or just catching up on some sleep.
One of the hazards of drawing from life is where you decide to set your pencil to paper. In this case drawing on a bus was fun but a difficult environment. This particular bus was making tight turns and seemed to ride over every bump that the road offered. I was lucky just to keep the pen on the drawing surface as we jogged to each stop. As you can see my line is more jaggy than normal, but it made for an interesting look and a session to remember.
